Let Go: A Phoenix By The Ocean
Imagine yourself on Kauai’s shores, warm sand beneath your feet and waves calming your mind. Grounding exercises will guide you into reset and release tension. To further bring you fully into the moment, you have the option to choose an essential oil—Bulgarian rose, magnolia, orange, tea tree, or lavender.
With the calm and awareness from grounding, we’ll transition into a guided Pilates flow. This will reoxygenate your body and restore it from the inside out.
Next, we’ll step into Kauai’s waters for a floating practice. In a shallow, natural saltwater pool, the ocean will cradle you, and the gentle waves will massage your body. During this time of weightlessness your body will let go of tension—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In addition, cold water after working out generally helps in the post-workout body recovery process.
Finally, whatever surfaced for you during this session, you’ll write it out. With this reflective journaling practice inspired by Hindu traditions you can let go of anything that no longer serves you, leaving you with a sense of clarity and renewal.
Designed to flow naturally, blending optional aromatherapy, guided movement, and the healing power of nature, this experience is of rebirth and new beginnings.
