Private Calm in Motion sessions offer a deeper, fully customized approach to movement and stress regulation. Based on your needs, these one-on-one sessions pull from Somatic Experiencing principles or Pilates-based movement to ease tension, help you reconnect with your body, and process stress more effectively.

Private sessions are ideal for:

  • Individuals navigating injury, chronic tension, or burnout

  • Those who prefer a quieter or more individualized space to learn and process

  • Anyone wanting a tailored experience that meets their pace, needs, and goals

Each session includes:

  • A customized movement and regulation practice based on your physical and emotional needs

  • Guided body awareness work to support nervous system regulation

  • Education and practical tools you can integrate into daily life

  • Optional check-ins, journaling prompts, or discussion for deeper integration

Limit: 2 discounted private sessions per month

All sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
