Beachside Pilates Class
Experience the serene beauty of a low-impact Pilates flow class right on the beach. As the gentle waves lap against the shore and the warm sun bathes you in light, you'll engage in fluid movements that strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.
With a focus on grounding breathing and alignment, this class is perfect for all fitness levels, allowing you to connect with your body while enjoying the soothing sounds of nature. Each sequence flows seamlessly into the next, promoting a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

"Let Go" Beachside Experience
1. Somatic Experiencing Grounding
We begin with somatic tools like orienting, grounding, and tracking to help create a sense of safety and presence. This gently shifts participants out of “automatic mode” and into deeper connection with their bodies and surroundings, calming the nervous system. Option to choose from 10 different types of essential oils to strengthen the grounding.
2. Pilates-Based Movement
Next, we move through slow, intentional Pilates-based exercises to awaken deep stabilizing muscles and restore functional movement patterns. This also enhances interoceptive awareness—helping participants feel more present and capable in their bodies as they prepare to release tension.
3. Floating in the Ocean
We then transition into a sensory-rich floating experience in the ocean. This immersion supports parasympathetic activation (the “rest and digest” state), inviting the body to surrender and integrate the work from earlier, while co-regulating with nature.
4. Journaling + Ritual Release
To close, participants write freely—processing any sensations, thoughts, memories, or emotions that may have surfaced. In keeping with ancient traditions, we burn the page as a symbolic act of letting go, transforming what’s no longer needed into something new.
The experience is customizable. We can add sound bowls, a bonfire (if you’d prefer a nighttime setting), or even dancing. Optional essential oils (I have about 10 types to choose from) to help with grounding and deepen the sensory experience.
