After your free session, you're invited to continue with our weekly Calm in Motion group class, which is a space to move, learn, and regulate together.
This 60-minute class blends Somatic Experiencing and Pilates to support stress relief, nervous system health, and a deeper connection to your body. It is designed for HPH employees seeking sustainable tools for stress reduction.
The goals of Calm in Motion go beyond stress management techniques. This class helps participants explore their unique relationship with stress, trauma, and movement to build skills to support both body and mind.
Each class is a window into both practice and understanding. With time, participants experience:
Improved strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation
A more intuitive relationship with movement
Familiarity with core techniques through repetition and gentle progression
Quick, effective breakdowns of movement principles and nervous system concepts
A clearer understanding of how and why these tools work
Space to apply, integrate, and reflect. This encourages self-guided use outside of class
