Often, Pilates is seen as a fitness method for the affluent or the highly athletic. My goal is to challenge this view and introduce Pilates to those who normally might not have the opportunity to benefit from it.

MY STORY

My journey with Pilates mirrors the story of the Three Little Pigs. After struggling with pain for years pre and post-back surgery, I tried various remedies - my 'houses of hay and sticks', which offered temporary relief but no lasting solution. Then, I found Pilates, which not only made me see my body differently BUT had me experience pain-free living for the first time in years. I had finally found my 'house of bricks' - strong, enduring, and transformative. Pilates gave me a new life and my goal is that "Brick House", can be a place where others can find renewal for their bodies too.
